YaYYYYYYY! Sorted! BUT, as Vicki said you check the grid box, but you also have to check the "print" box, otherwise it won't print with the lines! I know this coz (thankfully) it told me to do that lol! Thanks Vicki and everyone, very much appreciated, I'm a busy bee trying to get all efficient with my van bookings for next year!

ooh yes - well done clever Vicki! I'm glad I know how to do it properly now too I make spreadsheets for everything & self taught with excel (obviously!!) I don't like the 2010 one - there's way too many buttons & its like having to learn it all over again

Its so simple man. . . You filled any color what you want and then typed and print. Then all lines means rows and column are appeared on print paper. ..
