I read a draught proposal from the local council at a dog event today which had changes to the pet section ...
This was one of the new things that was proposed ...

do you really think councils will implement any new conditions as they do not use the existing ones.

Do they ??? Not in my experience they don't,we have proven ASB and noise and the tenant next door is still there,H/A's are worse than councils for NOT taking action against tenants who frequently breach tenancies.

Be interesting to know for sure whether the byb's are owner occupiers or council tenants, I'd like to be proved wrong.

Private landlords probably wouldn't be happy with dog breeding and I personally don't like irresponsible breeding so if it goes some way to cut it down I'd say yes.

If it applied across the board and owner occupiers were also stopped Oh and irresponsible professional breeders too then fine, but this is about something else that has creot into our society, bash anyone who is below you in anyway.

I dont know the ins and outs of council housing but to my limited knowledge i assume that you are put on a waiting list for council housing as you are not in a financial position to buy your own house?

'bash anyone who is below you in anyway' - how is putting a rule in place that stops people pocketing cash whilst in receipt of what is essentially a benefit?

Do you agree with people on JSA having a job but not declaring it?

At the end of the day if its not your property you abide by the rules of the people who own the property, simple as that.
