Chips are about the only thing I have salt on and then I have loads. I don't cook with it either though so I figure a load of salt on the rare occasion I have chips isn't a big deal. And if it is...well tough luck

I never cook with it but there are times when I absolutely crave salt and cover my food with it

I love salt! Use way to much but as I have low BP I can justify smothering my food with it
