Which food processer bit do I need for almond butter?

I am going to try making some almond butter but not sure which blade I need, here's the recipe I am going to follow:

http://www.dishinanddishes.com/2011/...new-obsession/

And that's the blade they're using - but I don't think my food processor has one like that :/

Anyone know what the bit is called so I can look it up in the manual? I have a Kenwood Food Processor. I think it's this one:

The one in the photo seems to have ridges on it :/ the one I saw on mine didn't - but was very sharp - I cut my finger on it! duh!

Here are the parts for mine from the manual:

And this is the key:

  1. power unit
  2. detachable drive shaft
  3. bowl
  4. lid
  5. feed tube
  6. pushers
  7. safety interlocks
  8. cord storage
  9. speed control
  10. filler cap
  11. lid
  12. jug
  13. sealing ring
  14. blade unit
  15. knife blade
  16. dough tool
  17. twin beater geared metal whisk
  18. maxi-blend canopy
  19. thick slicing/coarse shredding disc
  20. thin slicing/fine shredding disc
  21. fine (Julienne style) chipper disc
  22. geared citrus press (if supplied)
  23. mill
  24. mini processor bowl (if supplied)
  25. centrifugal juicer (if supplied)
  26. KENSTORETM attachments carousel

Number 14? That looks totally different :/

Also the one in the photo seems to be perfectly straight, mine seem to be at an angle (tho most of them are still in the box).

Ah right thanks. That's the one I was comparing it too (doesn't have ridges, is flat and curves up) - I will give it a go tonight or tomorrow

Thanks - it worked!

A lot creamier than the brand I usually buy (Meridian) but no where near as salty (even though I thought I put quite a bit of salt in it!).

It tastes more like the Biona one I have had (which is double the price of the Meridian!).

Will definitely be making my own from now on - particularly as a representative from Meridian 'accidentally' told me they add sunflower oil to their organic, natural, Almond butter (but then later said they don't - just to some of their other nut butters). Yet the one I've made and the Biona one has no where near as much surplus oil as the Meridan one.

Straight off the spoon or (and my favourite) as a dip with raw organic carrots (the slimmer bunched ones rather than the fatter packet ones - which taste just like normal carrots). Mmmmmm
