Daily Thread Tuesday 10th November

Good morning everyone

Fingers crossed for Bruno today and really hop it is nothing serious and he will be with ou for sometime to come

Another dull damp day so nothing planned. Will wait until the men surface and then strip the beds.

Thinking of you both and Bruno this morning. Good luck at the vets. Hopefully some answers for you today.

Good morning Sue & Chris and all who follow,


This morning we got Bruno into the car, he was breathing very rapidly, Alena drove to the vets in Thetford for his X-ray appointment, a journey of about ten minutes.


He died on that journey, vets did what they could, but there was no hope of recovery.


I spoke with the vet on the phone, arranged for his cremation and ashes returned in a box. He will be buried in a corner of our garden.


The vets had him recorded as 11 years old but I'm sure he was younger, going to check this morning.


We are in shock here. Will look in again when I can.

Thank heavens he found you for the last part of his life. I feel sure he will look down with grateful thanks.

Awwww so very sorry I myself think suddenly like that is better than lingering and take heart from the fact the vet could find nothing wrong on physical exam so not in pain that would be picked up. So he passed away with those he loved and who loved him RIP Bruno.

What words can say how we all feel for you and yours Harvey. I am so very sorry as I am sure we all are. God Speed Bruno, wait for Mummy and Daddy at the Bridge.
