Bit of a nice surprise today

had taken Ben to the vets today and was walking up the road when i noticed a woman just staring at Ben and me, just carried on walking. eventually we caught up with this woman.and she said sorry for staring but your dog looks my sam. hes a collie cross retriever. when i asked where does she come from she said around the corner.(where ben was born) it worked out that her dog sam is bens DAD!!!! he was 15 when he was sadly p.t.s but i saw a pic of him and he is the spitting image of his dad.I took a piccy for her so she can show her husband, but she was almost in tears to see him.
was a lovely meeting.
