Ripley is Back From The Vets

She went in at 9 and I got a phone call at 12 telling me that everything was hunky dory and I could come get her whenever I was ready

She's clingy, a bit groggy and a bit tender, but otherwise seems fine

She had a laparoscopic spay, and this is the evidence:

Bless her, the little darling Did she just have her ovaries removed or her uterus as well? I am not that well up on laparoscopic spays are as both Little One and then Pereg had regular spays.

Gentle, very gentle hugs for her from me. xxx

Aw poor little Ripley she will soon pick up and then you will have trouble stopping her bounding about with the boys Erin

She's woke up now and is giving me a right sour look because I wont let her jump around the garden with the other two

I think just the ovaries are removed - can't see anything sizeable being able to be pulled out of the dinky holes

Aww bless her little tum. I remember how sorry for herself Bella felt after her spay. Not that she was in any pain or discomfort. They look like neat wounds that will heal invisibly in no time. Have to say Bella's scar is now invisible. Can't see it at all.
