Roxy is a winner!

A couple of months ago a friend sent me the link to a competition run by The Bella Moss Foundation and Wetnose Animal Aid.

They were looking for the best, most inspirational story about a pet who has made an amazing recovery from illness. Lynne thought of Roxy and so I entered her. They asked for before and after pictures and a bit about the dog's story in no more than 200 words.

During the week I got an e-mail say Roxy had WON the competition! I'm delighted and couldn't be more proud of Roxy. She's amazing.

Reading all the stories though brought a tear to my eye. All the dogs and their dedicated owners are amazing and are all winners.

The judge was vet Zara Boland.
