TW
that reg plate I bought from the DVLA when the released it. Did have the chance of B3 CAT as well but could not afford both at the time

Why B3 DOG?

it has a little more meaning that at first sight. The B stands for Barry my name. The 3 represents the number of Afghan hounds Sue and I had at the time, and the DOG apart from owning also was because we had boarding kennels.
Hence B3 DOG, it also was a way of advertising the business as people got to know it locally associated it with the kennels.

Modern slang? I have always known it as an abbreviation of "luscious", and I am far too old to know any modern slang!
