BBC News website says it was explosions maybe caused by a 'power surge' ... but the National Grid said there haven't been any problems.

Major incident, casualties, one person's life at risk.

Both Carole. There was an explosion at several underground stations, now there's been an explosion on a bus in Tavistock road. At first they thought it was 3 buses, now it's been confirmed as definatly one bus

isnt it terrible news im still waiting for a phone call from my sister her husband works in london as a bomb disposal officer she hasnt had a phone calls of him since this has happened so we are having to keep our phone lines clear

bus companies are now saying people have been killed.......... lady living opposite the station says it was a large explosion ..........8 stations have now had explosions
