Removing Dog hair from car uphostery

Does anyone have a tip for removing short Dog hairs from car uphostery ?
My 2 are longcoats & I easily remove stray hairs with a rubber gloved hand.
My friends Great Dane has really short hairs & they are proving difficult to remove.

So far I've tried a dry rubber gloved hand
A damp rubber gloved hand
Sticky tape wrapped round my hand.

its hard work thats for sure!!!

We have china in the back seat so they end up everywhere!

I use our dyson attachment that is like a circle with bristles all the way round and go round in circles as it sucks....

Its never 100% though!

i get the ol' aqua-vac out.. and give the car a bit of a shampoo at the same time.. some of the hairs will get sucked up and the rest are easier to brush off!

I know what you mean with those little short hair - they are like little barbs stuck into the fabric.

I wet my hand and rub it over lots of times. That works quite well for me !!

Thank's, I'll lug the Dyson out in a minute & try that.
I've made my hands sore now...so having a rest.
Upholstery shampoo lifts them to the surface, but I swear they multiply

I run my own car valeting side-line and kept coming across the same problem as you.

The only way I have found to remove 99% of short hairs was to invest in a very powerful wet vac made by Numatic. Are you sitting down...mine cost me £700

However, it has enabled me to offer a service which people need as the ordinary domestic vacs really struggle with short dog hairs.

If you're in the Milton Keynes area, pop in and I'll give you a free demo on your car

The only thing that has worked for us is an excellent car seat cover from PaH
