I usually do my rip off of T.G.I. Fridays (the restaurant) 'Brown Obsession' - a favourite when visiting America in the past. It consists of very rich chocolate brownies (I use a Jamie Oliver recipe and they are lush), hot fudge sauce (home made), hot caramel sauce (home made), vanilla bean ice cream (the most expensive one I can find) with mixed nuts on top. Delicious and it always goes down a treat.

In the past we have done sticky toffee pudding, lemon meringue pie, key lime pie and of course Christmas pudding but I'm not a fan!

my mum has made an xmas cake.. she's the only person that will eat it haha!!

We'll probably get a chocolate yule log.

I have a bit of a sensitive stomach so if it's too rich/chocolatty/ sweet I won't have too much of it or I won't be a well woman come boxing day!
