Good morning all, trust you are all well. Your four legged friends also.

Have a good day, wrap up warm and if we are lucky we shall have another lovely day like yesterday was here. Stay safe and well. God bless.

Morning Moyra, sue and all who follow.
Another bright chilly frosty day so lovely to see the sunshine.
Seems we need to batten down the hatches over the weekend though.

Drive looks very odd with just one car on haven't been a 1 car family for years.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

'morning Moyra, Sue, Lynn, and all who follow

Yes deep frost this morning but nice sunshine now

Both Xena and Bruno spend part of the night outside but like to come in around 4am in the morning you can see exactly where they were sleeping 'cos there is no frost just a perfect siluhete of their body, legs, head

Moyra, thanks for your post (on Gooseberries) which I have answered.

Bye for now.

Harvey. I have been thinking if you do not want to slaughter your current gooseberry as it maybe a new variety I do not know about, you could layer straw all around it so its fruits rest on a straw base. I belong to a gardening thread so if you know the name of your variety I could do some research for you. M

Took me ages to get used to no car outside. I miss my Tyto still more and more as days go by.

Brenda it is awful when you lose a member of your family, believe me I know. but perhaps it is time for you to get a new baby to love. Wont replace Tyto ever but might fill that empty space you have in your heart.

Brenda I agree with Moyra, Tytos is waiting at the bridge for you with lots of freinds, so you could fill that empty space in your heart with another freind. Would be good for all of you.

Thanks Moyra that is kind of you, actualy Alena bought it from a supermarket I didn't think it would do any good but as I said, last year, it did produce quite a lot of fruit, it's a red variety and quite sweet when fully ripened.

The birds had most of them 'cos I was having my deep chemo last Summer / Autumn and couldn't get to it to net it.
