Moyra all the supermarkets are doing hours for the vulnerable Steve as he is at home could easily drive you and also go in with you to help my neighbour finds this very reliable and straightforward

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Tesco do an early time for pensioners and disabled people..if you Google it, it will come up. Iceland by me are back to 9-5 for everyone which is o.k with me ( if I have to go..I go early to avoid crowds and minimise contact) Sainsbury's also do an early time I believe. Morrisons also do a box... it's about £35 delivered... you can't request what's in it but it has basics in it.....I have just got used to making do, if it's not what I usually have,I put up with it...I am living on home made soup at the moment.....but I like it so that's o.k
