Lump at very top of inner thigh.

Ok, what is going on with me these days? I'm still very fed up and now I have a lump on the very top of my inner, right thigh and it's now quite sore, has grown in size and is a bit red.

I've had it for a few weeks, but it has been smaller and hasn't hurt at all up until a couple of days ago. I wasn't concerned about it much before.

Got an appointment for the doctor tomorrow as it's giving me cause for concern. Some of you may remember a lump I had on my neck. Well, I went to see the doctor and they said it was nothing, not even an infection, just tissue.

I've got a friend with PCOS and this was one of her early signs of it. I've now got that thought rolling around my head now as she is now infertile, and I don't want to be infertile.

Is it on the surface or a lump under the skin?
Could possibly be a fatty lump. I have one on the top of my outer thigh.
Good luck 2mora.

It seems like most of it is under the skin, but some feels like it is on the surface.

Thanks.

Does it sort of move when you press it?

No idea. Never had one! Do you think it sounds like one? I hope it as simple as that and not anything too sinister.

It can be very frightning when you find a lump, but 99% of the time its a cyst does it feel solid, or hot?
chin up hun, let us know what the doc says.

Yes, it feels quite solid, and it's warm 'there' anyway!

Thanks. Will do.

well yes it would be.
i bet it is a cyst, no point in saying don't worry, because you will until you've been to see your doctor.
