this is sid when we first got him, at 8 weeks old.

this is sid now, at 3-half month.

and thats what a plummer terrier look's like.
he will grow to about 13 inch.
he will also hunt rabbits, rats, like any other terrier.

Welcome to DW. I have Borders which i work, I know a few people with Plummers, they only work Rats, I havent seen one work Fox so cant comment on that. Nice puppy.

The Plummer is a Terrier designed by Brian Plummer, using Beagles, Russells and I believe some Bull blood. They are not much liked in working Terrier circles as they it is seen to be a designer dog for no other reason than he could! They tend to only be used as Ratters, but I believe some are useful Fox dogs, although I have yet to see that.

I think they are attractive dogs, but they tend to vary hugely in type and size, I am not struck because many have WIDE fronts, too wide IMO to do a decent job, because of their ancestry.
