I would absolutely love one of these dogs. Its so hard finding a breeder.
Does anybody know of any reputable breeder?
Thanks Jules X

Thanks for the reply you guys.
I'm not going to think about having one until the end of next year, so i think i had better get my name down on one of their lists.

Re: Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

I'm not sure where exactly you're located but, John Norris of Decoyman Tollers has some really nice dogs, I don't live in the UK but many breeders over here (Canada) can't seem to say enough wonderful things about him and his dogs. Maybe you'd like to talk to him if you're seriously considering getting a Toller Here is his site. I hope you're able to have one, they certainly are a wonderful breed!

Re: Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

My OH and I are considering getting a Nova Scotia Duck tolling retriever, we have spoken to one breeder who said her pups were £750 each is this about right for a toller? I saw on a breed info site that the average price for a pup was £300-500?

Re: Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever

Hi thanks for the info. I emailed John regarding his tollers to which he very kindly emailed me back. He has quite a long waiting list. I will definately be buying one in the future.
They are stunning. What are they like to live with? Have you got any pictures of yours?
