SMSS.EXE is a valid Windows file and should normally live in SYSTEM32\SMSS.EXE, not SYSTEM32\LBYNTJMUZK\SMSS.EXE. Presumably this has been picked up by your Antivirus program, so you can put it into the Antivirus Quarantine area.
