Don't trust my vet (recommendations?)

took my dog to the vet a week ago for flea medication.
30-40 min after taking it she vomited so I took her back.
the vet said it was bc she took it on an empty stomach and motion sickness from the immediate car ride home.
the days following she seemed kind of off and i noticed a rash on her belly and inside her thighs.
Monday, I took her back again to get her rash checked out.
They gave her a penicillin vaccine and betagen topical spray
I brought to their attention her lack of appetite but they said it wasn't anything to worry about.
Well guess what? Now she's barely pooping. She's not potty trained yet so I would see her poop in specific places at home and now NOTHING.

They don't even show interest in my dog the last time I went like they just want to get paid and that's it.

I'm worried something is wrong. I'm trying to find another vet but I'm having a hard time.

I live in Spring, TX any suggestions?

What medication did they give her? What dosage? And how much does she weigh?
You would be surprised how often these things get messed up.

When taking oral flea and tick medications you're opening up to a whole horse of issues. But you take risks with ANYTHING.

The fact they are down playing the issues can be irritating no doubt.
