Need help regarding my St. Bernard

Hi
My St. Bernard 6 months old . She's very healthy but from
Last week I found some spots around her neck and back .. don't know what's that . But whenever I tried to clean it hair loss on that patch .. confused what's the exact cause pls help me .

Sounds like and looks like a hot spot. A vet visit or possibly try this.

It will need sorting and before it spreads any further and causes a bad infection.
