Jenny, 6 year old female Collie – Stroud, Gloucestershire





Darling Jenny is a 6 year old collie who was rescued from a farm where she was kept chained up for most of her life, the poor girl. Despite her sad life, this beautiful girl is just so affectionate and friendly. After being starved for affection, she just craves human attention. This lovely lady is now safe and happy in a foster home after being rescued.



Jenny is just so happy to meet new people and she greeted her foster mum with a waggy tail and settled into life in her foster home easily. She loves the sofa and her bed and she is great with the other dogs in the home.

Jenny seems such a confident, friendly and smiley girl but she does need to adjust to life as a family pet. Her house training is getting there but still has the occasional accident. She is also scared of going out in the dark and she hates the rain! She does well on the lead, but she does pull a bit.

Jenny is happy to go off the lead, but she is a little confused about walks in general at the moment and did not know how to stay with the other dogs. After awhile, she became confused and ran home, so she should probably stay on the lead until she gets used to going for walks.

Jenny loves her toys and likes to play with her foster brother and sister. Here is a lovely video of her enjoying playtime!

Jenny needs a confident, loving owner who will be patient with her while she works out how to enjoy living as a normal family dog.



Jenny is fully vaccinated, spayed, micro-chipped and has been flea’d in wormed.
