Lucy is under 12 months old and a mixed breed who is about Collie size. We think the photographs do not do her justice and the only way to describe her is like a big Border Terrier in looks although a medium size dog. Anyone who is looking for a young, outgoing, friendly and proper mutt cross breed ... you’ve found it in Lucy. She will be a fantastic family dog. She has worked her way into our hearts and we had to offer her rescue back-up and find her a forever home.

This little girl, along with 4 other dogs, had been dumped on the streets and we are not sure how long they were fending for themselves. There were two bitches and 3 puppies but all are safe now.



Lucy is so happy to greet you - such a waggy tail and absolutely no malice in her at all. We introduced her to other dogs and she was so pleased to see them but very submissive - she is just a lovely friendly girlie.



Lucy loves to play with a ball and she is being regularly walked at the rescue. She is also mixing with other dogs but will probably need time to adjust to living in a home as we don’t know whether she has done so before. She has no fear in her and is just a sweet natured dog. Because of her submissive nature it would not suit her to live with a dominant bossy dog as she could be easily bullied. An easy and gentle companion dog would be ideal.



Lucy will be spayed, fully vaccinated and micro chipped
