Heartworm Results

I took Peluche to get the heartworm re-check. I am so HAPPY!!!!!

For those that might not remember, Peluche had a severe case of heartworm. For every mL of blood, he had 6,376 microfilaria. I took him to a holistic vet that prescribed a very mild treatment last year. Now he only has 104 microfilaria per mL of blood!!!!! I just spoke with her and she said it will be safe to have him on it again for the summer to hopefully get rid of all the babies so they don't keep multiplying.

The results are so much better than I was expecting!!!!!!
