New camera/ video phone

 have you put it in the right port hole i had this trouble,also when you download your software for your phone does it ask you what phone you are using if yes you have to find the phone on your software and go from there |

give me the camera name and type and i will get the info and give it to you and model number  |

you probably need a high speed usb port i have to use of thoses for my phone camera and i pod |
