Re: Shar pei - Alfie

Thank you both for your lovely comments.

Yes, Alfie has done really well so far. In Ireland we need 7 green stars to make him into a champ. His first show last June where he received his 1st green star and he has now received a total of 5 in less than a year and twice getting BOB, his first at only 10 months! We are very proud of him but he is a total dote and loves everyone so we love him just the way he is.

Not my first choice as a breed but he is STUNNING. What an expression. He looks a very powerful dog and not over wrinkled. Good length of leg too. You must be very proud of him.

Re: Shar pei - Alfie

Hi,

He's gorgeous. Sorry - can't critique him for you as I know nothing about thm.

When I was growing up we used to called Peis "Wrinkles" dogs. Nobody could tel me what breed they were adn I found out fo rmyself only about 5 years ago.

He's lovely.

To the UNtrained eye, he looks perfectly in proportion, good muscle tone, well groomed, noce coat and surprisingly, not too many wrinkles!!

Laura xx
