MSN Messenger/ Norton Problems

Anyone having problems with logging into MSN Messenger ? I have not been able to get in for 2 days.

Norton is showing a Urgent Attention saying check for virus protection updates, so I run live update. But still saying the same message???

I have pressed "Fix Now" and it runs and nothing - totally baffled now.

I'm using MSN Messenger (Live) and Symantec Antivirus without any issues.

Has your Norton anti-virus ran out? Because if it has you won't be able to get any live updates.
