I am stretching myself too much, im so so tired all the time and my consultant told me yest that i have only put on 1lb since nov 15th and thats with christmas and new year too, although im chuffed not to have gained too much i think its because im running myself ragged, and to be honest i need some rest

you will be happy to know i have told both work and my OH that im only doing another 2 weeks maximum and if at any point i feel its too much i will quit there and then,, i need to put myself and the bean first for a change
