Evening All! Everything quiet, I trust. Seems the knitting is cancelled in favour of a little choral activity. Well must admit to having a quite reasonable baritone in my youth so will cheerfully join in. Rather tired tonight as i have been doing a bit of digging. The Mem has given the thumbs up to the new Cloud 23 restaurant at the Manchester Hilton, says it's lovely. Food is apparently excellent and service as you would expect with that chain. Huge relief flooded over me on her return - not that I feared for her welfare - apart from lunch, the only other expenditure was a pair of gloves. So a good day was had by ALL!!!!LOL!! All I have to do now is hide my little map of Saddleworth Moor with it's little crosses. For at my age it would be folly to trust to memory alone. See you all shortly.

the Dr called at 7.15, my dad has campylobacter and the tablets he is on are useless for it, i was told when i rang the other morning no further treatment required but in the afternoon they couldn't even see his results so questioned how we had been given that info, thank god my parents cancelled the holiday otherwise i would have been calling abroad to either tell them to call the dr or telling them to get to a dr asap...my mum is livid
spoke to one of the girls down there and she is a friend , she had a problem sorting her tyre pressures on her car and was worried so my dad just drove me over so i could sort her out....you all on about pj's, her and her daughters were al dressed for bed and she had to go into the asda garage in her onesie to get some screen wash...so i sorted that out for her too, that is my good deed for the day
Glad Gordon has truned up, was getting images of him pottering round the moors, shovel in hand in a onesie muttering to himself about the mem spending dosh

Was sorting all the plugs out behind the telly and pulled the Virgin one out, and internet went off and it wants the code, anyone any ideas, have put myself back on sky whilst I sort it, thought it may be 123 or something like that??? I need a customer helpline and doesnt seem to be one I can find, DO NOT SAY I have somehow managed to make things worse for myself as regards the internet

but says to change to a number you will remember asap
