My head hurts, I am useless with maths and measurements, I have seen some tiles but it just gives a metre squared...not how many tiles are in the box...each tile is 198mm X 198mm....I am thinking 25tiles in a box?? Would that be a square metre

The three we are viewing tomorrow. Last one £20,000 above our budget other two are £5,000 above.

Last one £20,000 above I mentioned to our agent as i had been trawling rightmove after taking Chris's advice and found this one three different agents one our own all been reduced and been on the market a long time. Agent said view put in offer as they have had very little interest. Why is it taking me to find these things out especially from our agent. If these are of no interest then that's it I think pull the plug. Sick to the back teeth of it now and the rubbish they seem to think we will accept. (All agents).
politely put phone down on agent from yesterday who said no one will accept £20,000 under so i said what even if they have been on the market for a year or almost. Mind you they are the agent Paul and Beth had issues with and also my friend in Essex.

Forgot to say might not be able to find a new home but have won a tenner on postcode lottery.
