avatar help

hey guys. i really wanna be able to put indies photo as my avatar. but cant seem to do it. keeps saying my file size is too big. help!

problem is i accidently saved it under the same name. so i no longer have that photo. cos its blurry at that size and cant resize back to normal. oops
