lol...Rogue gets called Puppy, Fluffybum, Smellybum, Roguey Roo and Ghan...

My neighbour heard me calling him 'Fluffybum' in a stupid voice in the garden. He popped his head over the wall and said, "You two should get a room"

I wonder why, after taking ages to choose a name for our dogs we then can't help calling then something else
WILLOW (aged fat cocker) gets called Wiggy, Wills, Stinky, Wiggypoopants and fartpants. She prefers wiggy
LEXI (7 month german spitz) Lexiloo, Lex, batfink and foxy
PADDY (4 month cav cross bichon) The Padster, Paddypantsdown, Paddy pumpkin, Paddypants, Pads, oh and mommas ikle soldier

my boy is called shadowfax, but i call him piggley and he always answers to it. i call him this because where i live people cant say shadow they say shada and it sound horrid

my dogs nicknames are

rusty - woo woo ( don't ask why it just something i called as a pup and it stuck )

zena my husband calls her deaddog because of how she sleeps and my mate can't say zena so calls her big dog and she anwsers to it

buffy - well where do we start they is buffalo, buffers and bufferleana

i wonder why a lot of the nicknames sound like boo, woo, boobah, wooba and the like...i have a boo too.. seems she's not unique! it's like babytalk.. i'd love to know why they sound alike!
