Hi i can offer a good perminant home to a dobermann bitch of any description to live with my two friendly lively dogs. Will lead an active and varied life has full use of the sofa and my bed. Possibly take a castrated male if it got on with my male dobermann. Also have two kennels in the garden that could be used for fostering.

I would have a look round your local rehoming shelter and have a word with them.The one near to me is forever getting large breeds like Rotties,Mastiff's,Dobies etc brought in and they prefer these dogs to go to experienced owners (which you are).

You may have to wait until a suitable dog comes along,but its very rewarding having a rescue dog!

I see you are in the same area as me i cant seam to find a doberman that needs a home will probably end up buying a pup but seams such a shame when there is so many needing homes and i could probably straighten out any problems that got it there in the first place. If you do see any let me know. Albery dog rescue have a beautiful female dobe that has a tail i thought id found a suitable dog at last shes only 2 but when i phoned i was told that she is agressive with other dogs they probably would have let me try if she hadnt of already been to 2 homes already so i said id keep an ear out for a suitable home. If anyones interested i can give them the details if they dont know this rescue. Meanwhile the search goes on i am going to try battersey dogs home tomorrow i remember years ago they used to have loads of dobes but they are not that popular anymore, they are so demanding but i love them!
