Max's Turn For Emergency Vet! (Updated post #30)

There's obviously something about the dogsey BC's this weekend! After tearing his nail yesterday, Max has been kept quiet, I didn't take him in yesterday as it wasn't flapping around and was still firmly attached, with just a slight tear.

Earlier today I was sitting downstairs with my cup of tea, and Max just screamed, leapt up in the air and sent the coffee table flying across the room then I saw blood on the carpet and Max hobbling around on three legs! He's now torn his nail completely and it was hanging on by millimetres

Taken him in and he's had the rest of his nail removed, has a weeks course of antibiotics and is all bandaged up! He's going back for a dressing change tomorrow.

Poor Max, give him a hug from me
