Mine sleep and play great together when we are there to keep an eye on them- although both are great together I still wouldnt chance it when we arent there- just in case
keep both of mine in a crate when we're out

he he yeah...apart from wen he ran into the other dog and knocked him over...we were so embarrased and the other owner was not too pleased!! oops

and i see wat u mean Lel, but Winston hates being in a confined space and wont stop barking and moaning if left, i thought a dog and a bitch would b ok, if brought up together from pups, hence reason i wanna get 1 now while Winston is still only 10 months...is there any way u can train/check they'll b ok wen left alone?

if you go for dogs bred for temperemant then yes
otherwise no one can guarantee temperament
if youre a half decent owner I dont see why there whould be any problems

if it was me i could keep them seperat (1 in a cage) for a few months and if you get 1 of each sex then i would never let them sleep together as they would hate it when the bitch somes in to season and have to be seperated and if you have 2 dogs then i would never leave them on there own when your not about just in case.

well im planning on getting a little girl, and neutering Winston (as i heard they spray their scent all over the place or something like that) so it would b a baby girl and Winston. if he was neutered would it b ok for them to sleep together? other reason is...i think he would go mad if another dog was near and he could go see! he's so nosey god bless! lol
