Hi,
Water that you get from a normal sink is horrible for you and your family... there are some things that you can do to have the highest quality water and boost your immune system...
Drink Spring or glacier water.

Minimizing the Risk

Fluoride is the 13th most abundant element, so it is impossible to remove it all. But you can reduce the risk of getting an overdose by taking the following precautions:

Avoid anything that you know that contains fluoride.
Use fluoride-free toothpaste: Boot's Non-fluoride, Tom's, Tea Tree, Vademecum, Sarakan, Kingfisher Natural Propolis, Weleda, Aloedent and others, available from supermarkets, Boot's the Chemist and health food shops.
Eat foods low in fluoride: milk, eggs, red meats (not organs), fruit with a protective rind (watermelon, lemon, banana, coconut), fruits packed in their own juices (pineapple), and those canned in non-fluoridated or low-fluoridated countries.
Don't drink tea: Tea contains between 4.4 and 12 ppm of fluoride. Just one cup can be enough for an overdose.
Take vitamin B6 and C supplements.
Take supplements of calcium and magnesium salts to help reduce fluoride absorption from the stomach and assist in elimination.
Maintain good general and dental health with varied vegetables (lightly cooked or raw)and fresh fruits. Reduce intake of starches and sugars.
Stay away from areas that fluoridate water supplies.
Avoid using non-stick kitchen ware: Non-stick coatings, such as Teflon, are made of fluoride. Scrapes and other damage can release a significant amount of fluoride into cooking.
Avoid fluoride-containing drugs : If you are taking the following, contact your doctor for a fluoride-free alternative: Prozac (fluoxetine), Rohypnol (flunitrazepam), Diflucan (fluconazole, Flixonase or Flixotide (fluticasone), Stelazine (trifluoperazine, Fluanxol or Depixol (flupenthixol) or Floxapen (flucloxacillin), and asthma drugs that use propellants containing fluoride: Ventolin and Becotide.

Contact your local water authority for analysis figures of your water's fluoride content.
If it is more than 0.4ppm, install a water purification system that removes fluoride, by contacting:

Recent research by Dr Rocus R. Klont says that in a study of 68 commercial mineral waters, 40% had bacterial contamination. Eight samples had Staphylococci, which may be responsible for one in ten hospital infections. six samples showed traces of[/img]Legionella and 4% cotained fungi.

Dr Klont of Nijmegan University says "The findings indicate that the general perception that bottled water is clean and safe is not true".

The food commission urges shoppers to ditch bottled water for green reasons. The fossil fuels burned when bottles are moved over long distances harm the earth.

This was published in The Times on Saturday

Edited to say-The article can be found here by doing a search for bacteria bottled up http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article...343906,00.html

the only thing is Rob that (I guess) in that study of 68 waters most of them or a large proportion were 'cheapo' ones.

I only drink Volvic or Evian
The good companies have to test their water every day before it is allowed to be used for puplic consumption.

I never ever drink tap water

Even if that is so Azz, it still leaves the question of damage to the enviroment for the benefits of bottled water.

Is it logical to transport water over large distances and damage the enviroment using fast diminishing resources?

The bottled waters tested were a cross section of those commonly available, all tersts are only as good and honest as the people taking them.

Drinking bottled water is just a trend resulting from clever marketing, water its self is tasteless, the taste coming from desolved minerals, sme of which are as potentially harmful to your body as any added to tap water.

You'd be better off buying your self a water filter and filter your tap water, and you'd wouldn't be lining the pockets of cynical water companies.

Evian is Niave spelt backwards, bitof aa coincidence
