Dog rescue in Scotland

A friend of mine lost both his dogs a few months ago in horrific circumstances. Someone had put poisoned meat down for foxes

He's finally ready to look for another companion, and he would really like a rough coated whippet lurcher,pup,dog bitch. The only problem is, when looking on sites all these type of dogs seem to be in English rescues. Does anyone know of a Scotland based one where he might find one?

I seen him too, he is lush. Wasnt sure if he was scruffy enough for the op friend.
