Leo is a 2 year American Cocker Spaniel, who is looking for a new home because his previous owners felt they no longer had the time to care for him properly.

Leo is toilet trained, can be left alone without problems, travels well in the car and is very well-behaved. He knows all the basic commands and is very obedient and eager to please. He is friendly towards everyone he meets, with a tail that never stops wagging. Although he has happily lived with young children in the past, he has on occasions snapped at visiting children who have manhandled him, so we would prefer to home him to a household with teenagers upwards only.

Leo is a sweet, gentle and calm natured little chap who loves nothing more than sitting on your lap for cuddles and having his ears massaged, he also loves tummy rubs. He gets on well with other dogs, tending to ignore those he doesn't know, and could live with a cat confident around dogs. A somewhat lazy boy, he will occasionally play with toys but prefers to be snuggled up on the sofa.

Leo's new owners will have owned dogs before and will have knowledge of Spaniels. They will be willing to continue his daily hour long off-lead walks in the park and will have plenty of time on their hands to shower him with affection.

Leo is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.
