I've taken to walking my lot in the recent good weather at either some ungodly hour of the morning or nighttime.

If Oscar is with me, they're walked early morning. If he's with his Dad, the dogs are walked at night.

I haven't seen as many dogs about during the day as usual but if anything I think at the moment it's a good thing. People suffer in the heat we've had recently and it's a lot worse with a furry coat on. maybe some members of the public are actually thinking about when their dogs should be walked rather than doing what suits them.
