Thankyou so much for all the advice , Pms and support you are all amazing people ,Tbh when I got the news yesterday about Dad and Adam I felt as though my world had beeen blown apart ,We alswayys knew Adam was different from other kids his age , But to be honest we just thought he was a shy little boy who didnt like to many if any cuddles ,But as time progressed it became abundantly clear there was more to the situation ,
I have not stopped crying since ,My sister has had loads to deal with in the last few years she lost her husband 3/12 years ago to a massive heartattack ,,And it has taking her this length of time to come to terms with it and with how its affected the children , Now dad and now Adam how she copes truly amazes me ,She seems to take all in her stride , When there is a crisis she makes tea and sandwiches ,And muddles along xxdk

I'm really sorry to hear about your Dad and I hope that the beta blockers do him some good.

I know nothing about Autism, but have just found this web site that might be able to give you some answers to all your questions.

http://www.nas.org.uk/

My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.

I'm sorry to read about your dad and nephew. I hope the change in medication helps your dad and he statrs to feel better in himself. Plus now they know what is wrong with your nephew should mean he gets more help sutiable to his own needs. Take care DK...
