Is this a virus???

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LBYNTJMUZK\SMSS.EXE

What should I do?

I have following choices:

1: Move file to quarantine directory
2: Delete file
3: Wipe file
4: Rename file
5: Deny access
6: Allow access

Its automatically chosen Deny access...

Should I say okay to that?

SMSS.EXE is a valid Windows file and should normally live in SYSTEM32\SMSS.EXE, not SYSTEM32\LBYNTJMUZK\SMSS.EXE.

Presumably this has been picked up by your Antivirus program, so you can put it into the Antivirus Quarantine area.

Have you got another file named SMSS.EXE directly in the SYSTEM32 folder ?

Can not find anything for sure J it is part of windows but as usual worms and the like infect these files for them to do their nasty work.

Best to quarantine it to see if your system plays up if it's ok then delete it off your system.
If it were my system i would delete it off then if it caused problems i would just reboot but thats me
