Beautiful girls Eileen.
I can't understand your mum wanting a single bed, I have a double, and if I was with anyone it would be a double double (if they made them) because I like to spread out and roll round when and how I please. My mum was the same though, she had a single bed
Well I suppose I best get girls sorted out, and get a bed ready for Mabs tonight. Asked the vet if it would be better to give her some sedation because of the fireworks tonight (pub holding a bonfire party and the bonfire is huge) and he said best not to, as long as she was in the house with me he thought she would be OK

I think she just misses my dad TW and couldn't sleep in her room since he passed I think she's ready now and the change of decor( more womanly)really helped.Bought her new furniture and bedside lamps so she's all set

My Grandma was the same after my Grandad passed away. I went up with my parents and we completely redecorated her bedroom and sorted other parts of the house to. She was much happier after that. I hope your mum has a good nights sleep in her big bed Lacey.

TW, I'm with you on the bed front. Pity I lose most of mine to Malcolm! I'd happily have Mabs here for cuddles. We don't get any fireworks around us.

Tang your sister sounds lovely. She wouldn't cope in my house though! Not only do I feed chicken to the dogs, Bandit kills rats while I keep a hamster as a pet

Mabs is in now and can't understand why all of a sudden she can have a bone to eat in the house, when she couldn't yesterday.....she's not sure whats going on at all and is running in and out at the moment, she'll settle in a bit, just leaving her to it
