Whats wrong with this dog?

just wanted people to have a quick peek and tell me if they see anything horribly wrong with this dog?

oh no hunny its nothing bad, hes perfectly fine honest, I just wanted to know if anyone can see anything horribly wrong with him.... I maybe should have made that clear in the first post. will go and edit.{all will be apparent soon}
