Printer help - please

Okay not sure what I've done. But my printer has always worked fine - yes has ink etc. But it will not print a letter from Word but will print from the screen ie I can print out Dogsey page but not a simple letter from my Word docmuents. Help

have you got your printer set to microsoft image document printer or your actual printer (model)?

if my printer is playing up a little first i turn it off un plug it so it clears the internal memeory then put it on again and set to working offline and it works ,hope it does for you to xx
