Seared salmon & scallops with garlic and lime

2 limes
1 tablespoon of oil
2 150g (5 1/2 oz) Salmon fillets, sliced
bunch of spring onions, sliced
2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
225 (8oz) scallops
good pinch Thai seven spice powedr
splash of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Finely grate rind from 1 lime and squeeze the juice. Slice 2nd lime into wedges
Heat oil in a wok. Add salmon pieces, spring onions and garlic and saute for 2 mins. Add scallops, lime rind, juice and wedges. Cook until scallops are opaque- about 3-4 mins.
Add seven spice powder and soy sauce. Season to taste.

You can omit the scallops if you want, it tastes just as nice
