Wormer and Stronghold spot on

Have any of you done this together, or within a short space of time please?

I used the Stronghold on the 6th October. I want to worm them so rung the vet to ask about the 3 day Panacur course and they said it'll be ok and are getting it up for me to collect, but I want some reassurance please I've now changed my mind and want to use the Drontal Plus XL which I have in the cupboard which I didn't use last time around coz I thought the Stronghold would suffice for worms, but it doesn't.

I'm such a worrier about these things, I just thought I'd ask if any of you have ever done them together, or closer than 2 weeks apart, i.e. Stronhold AND a worming pill? Thanks!

The wormers and stronghold will be fine to use together stronghold will reduce the frequency of worming as it covers for intestinal roundworms, but you need the tablets / panacur for tapeworm. So rather than every 3 months you could go every 6 months with the worming.
