How to get a pdf doc onto a forum

If anyone knows how to do this I'd appreciate some help. I understand it's like we do here for photos - web hosting like photobucket but a pdf isn't in my photos or photo stream.
Have tried two sites but it's like trying to plait sawdust.
Help!

Perhaps it can be done using the upload text tool if the site has one? Or maybe you can copy/paste the PDF into a different form and THEN try and upload it? I really have no idea. Sorry for being useless!

Can you put it on photobucket, pretty useless with that side of things myself, so will be interesting to see what the solution is

Don't be daft MJ - you're far from useless but heck I've been messing with this for hours!
I just want to pass on a document sent to me from the Jerry Green dog sanctuary without having to ask someone else to do it.

When I use photobucket I'm alright coz me photos are in the right place for upload ie camera roll or photo stream.
This pdf is not in there, nor can I put it there.
Me & technology = poor combination.
Only have my iphone to play with so bit limited.

I was just thinking. Some of the articles that come into one of my Gmail addresses, accessed through Firefox and which I think might make good news articles, can be copied but not pasted on Dogsey which is also accessed through Firefox.

However, they can be copied and then pasted as a draft letter on Thunderbird [probably also on Word but I never use that program], and if they are then copied from Thunderbird they will paste OK on Dogsey.

I have never tried it with a PDF document though so am not sure if it would work.
