What's up with Google?

I have Google as my home page and for some reason when I've tried to use it this evening all my search results have come up with, well how should I say this, "adult" websites?!!
This happened to my sisters pc when I used it a couple of months ago but didn't want to say in case her husband had been upto something!

Any suggestions, has this happened to anyone else or has my brother really gone too far this time?
