Yes he was Jackie, my first Elkhound and the start of a love affair :smt049 he died last year on Easter Saturday after a difficult life stoically born, miss him lots and lots but it is his fault that I am now on my 7th stubborn, selfwilled, noisy, hairy, frustrating, adorable Elkie

they are a lovley breed---and he looks well content, our local post office had 2 years back when i was a kid---boy did they guard the place once it was closed

Fred is so cute especially as a 7 month old is he pressing your flowers.

i,ve got that coming soon with my patterdale terrier,she is nine now and has a few problems,had her since she was 8 weeks old and i,m dreading the day she goe,s
my kids have never lost a pet yet so i really don,t know how they will cope with it,i,m gently trying to tell them amber is getting old and one day soon she won,t be here,i just want to get her to wales so she can end her days laying in my huge garden peacefully
