Don't give apple cores (pips contain cyanide), raisins, grapes, green parts of potatoes or onions. Go easy on tomato and broccoli. I do give a little garlic.

Lucky Star has given good info there.

My two love fruit and vegs. I often give them a carrot to chew instead of the shop processed treats and they love them.
They also stand by my side when cooking to catch any fallen pepper, cucumber, potato etc

I used to feed them grapes before I found out they werent good for them, they loved playing with them and jumping around them!! Also I now have my dad trained to de-pip the apple cores before giving them to the dogs!!

But I guess its the same as everything - all in moderation or they may get the runs.

Lucky Star knows what is what.

PM or email me at for_dogs_sake@yahoo.co.uk and i can send you my full list if you like. I have done a lot of research and as well as food it has got plants, house and garden toxins too some that may surprise you.
(By the way, my list is free, i just want to share my info so that everyone can look out for the dangers and not accidentally harm their pets).

Even though dogs are carnivores they can eat fruit and veg and most love it!
Ralphie goes mad for banana! Hannibal wasn't keen but i think he just eats it now so that Ralphie doesn't get it!
