Well only 6 hours to go and then it's the start of the Australian GP at Melbourne.

i havent been able to sit down for ages to watch this! some new names in there (for me anyway!)

I wont be up at 3.30 but will watch repeat!

I so hope Hamilton's early progress isn't a flash in the pan. A lot was expected of the Ferrari's but 1 & 3 for MacLaren looks good !

And I hope we don't get any silly 'spying' stories either. That made F1 look as bad as any other sport last year and it wasn't the drivers who were responsible just a couple of disenfranchised technical guys (Albeit director level jobs)

OK I know Alonso got involved latter, but he didn't start it did he

Well I have just got up after staying up all night to watch it live.

What a great race, which was won by Hamilton and only six finished.

Here is the start of the race with accidents aplenty. Glocks was good, 140mph spin.

Just watched the repeat, brilliant, it's so nice to have it back on, a few new faces, and missing a few old ones, but full of incidents as well, and according to what my friend said, who watched it live, DCs post accident interview was cut a little short
